As the Marketplace Global Lead, you are responsible for defining and driving Arrow’s global strategy for hyperscaler marketplaces. You translate the strategic direction set by the Global Director of Hyperscalers into a clear, prioritized and executable marketplace plan across regions, countries and vendor ecosystems.

You are the connection point between hyperscalers, ISVs, Arrow’s internal teams and local country teams. Your role is to make sure that marketplace opportunities are clearly understood, structured and activated through practical go-to-market motions that countries and partners can execute.

You also act as the single point of contact for marketplace-related operational and platform topics, ensuring that commercial strategy, platform capabilities, operational processes and field execution are aligned.

What You'll Be Doing

• Define the global marketplace strategy for Arrow across hyperscalers, in alignment with the Global Director of Hyperscalers, and translate it into a concrete, prioritized execution plan.
• Own marketplace go-to-market execution by building scalable motions, playbooks and programs that help local teams activate marketplace opportunities with partners, ISVs and end customers.
• Manage relationships with ISVs by identifying priority ISV partners, understanding their marketplace ambitions, aligning joint opportunities and supporting their growth through Arrow’s ecosystem.
• Liaise with hyperscaler marketplace stakeholders to align on marketplace priorities, programs, incentives, platform capabilities and joint business opportunities.
• Support local country and regional teams by acting as the central marketplace expert, providing guidance, enablement, resources and follow-up to help them execute successfully.
• Act as the internal marketplace go-to person by helping teams navigate marketplace models, stakeholder ownership, GTM priorities, operational questions and escalation paths.
• Serve as the SPOC for operations and platform teams to ensure marketplace strategy is connected to operational readiness, platform capabilities, process execution and partner experience.
• Build repeatable marketplace frameworks and playbooks that make it easier for countries and partners to understand, sell and transact through hyperscaler marketplaces.
• Connect strategy with execution by ensuring that marketplace initiatives are launched, tracked, measured and continuously improved across countries and regions.
• Drive internal and external stakeholder alignment across sales, marketing, operations, platform, vendor management, ISVs, hyperscalers and regional leadership.
• Track marketplace performance and adoption by monitoring execution progress, identifying blockers, consolidating feedback and preparing leadership-ready updates.
• Support executive communication and governance by preparing clear summaries, business reviews, recommendations and decision points for internal and external stakeholders.
  

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of hyperscaler marketplaces and how they support cloud sales, partner growth, ISV monetization and customer procurement.
• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft, AWS and/or Google Cloud ecosystems, with the ability to understand how marketplace models differ across hyperscalers.
• Experience building go-to-market motions, channel programs, marketplace programs or partner-led growth initiatives.
• Experience working with ISVs, technology vendors, cloud providers or partner ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of how a value-added distributor operates, including partner models, channel dynamics, incentives, platform capabilities and operational processes.
• Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders across a complex international organization.
• Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, countries, stakeholders and workstreams in parallel.
• Ability to translate strategic marketplace priorities into practical execution plans, playbooks, enablement assets and operational frameworks.
• Comfortable working closely with sales, marketing, operations, platform teams, vendor teams and regional leadership.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex marketplace topics and create clear, executive-ready updates.

Work Arrangement

Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$143,100.00 - $180,070.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
