Job Summary
Must have extensive experience in Water and Mold Restoration!!!! We are seeking a lead manager and an Operations Manager to run our day-to-day restoration business from start to finish. Dependability and dedication is key. You will direct the end-to-end lifecycle of water, fire, and mold damage mitigation. We are not interested in training on the basics of this industry. We need an expert who already knows how to run and bill restoration jobs, sell jobs, and build a winning culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Run day-to-day business operations, scheduling, and logistics.
- Leadership & Training: Hire new staff, build future leaders, and train team members.
- Billing & Estimating: Use Xactimate to handle billing and teach estimating to others.
- Sales & Growth: Network, sell services, and actively help grow the company.
- Customer Service: Model and teach elite customer care to the rest of the team.
Required Qualifications
- Proven Expertise: Significant, hands-on water, fire, and mold restoration experience.
- Xactimate Proficiency: Complete proficiency in Xactimate software is mandatory.
- Credentials: Must provide proof of experience and relevant industry training.
- Traits: Highly self-motivated, organized, and genuinely cares for people.
