Customer Service Representative

Yorkville Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our fast-paced, team-oriented practice. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and truly enjoys being part of a team that works hard to provide outstanding care to pets and their people. Ideal Candidates Will Have prior experience working in a veterinary hospital or animal care setting Excel in multitasking and maintaining composure in a busy environment Demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills Bring a positive, can-do attitude to every shift Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Be comfortable on their feet for extended periods Take pride in creating a warm, welcoming experience for every client Requirements Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays Previous veterinary or animal care experience required What We Offer $17–$24/hr based on experience Full medical, dental, and vision benefits Pet care discounts (including free doggy daycare for employee pets!)
