Cota duties include:

• Ota will work as part of the therapy team and under the guidance of an ot
• Ota will select therapy activities to fit residents' needs and capabilities.
• Ota will assist residents in carrying out daily activities.
• Ota will monitor residents' performance in therapy activities, providing encouragement.
• Ota will teach residents how to use special equipment to assist with daily function.
• Ota will work in collaboration with the ot to establish a rehabilitation plan.
• Ota will supervise residents' activities to ensure they are done properly.
• Ota will report the resident's progress to the ot.
• Ota will handle administrative and clerical tasks for therapy team.

• A graduate of an accredited ota program
• Current ota license
• Experience in long-term-care settings preferred
