As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at CHE Behavioral, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults and their families. About the Role:
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), you will provided high-quality clinical services to individuals, couples, and families in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our clinicians are committed to improving the quality of life for our older adult patients, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to patients and their families
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in the field
Requirements:
Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania
Minimum of 3 years of experience providing mental health services
Level of Education degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
