Responsibilities:

Greet customers, obtain information, record all vehicle issues and recommend maintenance.
Prepare an estimate for labor and parts.
Monitor vehicle progress and update/follow-up with customer.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Personal and professional integrity
Ignite/Reynolds computer experience a plus ++
