Cleaner Position

The Cleaner plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors at our corporate facility. This position involves performing a variety of janitorial duties that ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of indoor (and outdoor where requested) spaces. The Cleaner will be responsible for floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Additionally, the role requires adherence to safety procedures while operating machinery and using cleaning chemicals. Ultimately, the Cleaner contributes to the overall aesthetic and functional quality of the workplace, promoting a positive atmosphere for productivity.

Location:

• 4228-LC-Delran, NJ.: Flat Rate Pay of $16.00 Wages & $4.00 Non-Taxable for transportation per clean. Site is cleaned 6 days per week Monday thru Saturday, 1 hour work, between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM. (NO SUNDAY WORK PERMITTED).
• 5718-LC-Haddon, NJ.: Flat Rate Pay of $16.00. Site is cleaned 5 days per week, Monday thru Friday, 1 hour work, between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM . (NO SATURDAY OR SUNDAY WORK PERMITTED).
• 4399- LC-Willingboro/Burlington, NJ.: Flat Rate Pay of $16.00 Wages & $4.00 Non-Taxable for transportation per clean. Site is cleaned 5 days per week Monday thru Friday, 1 hour work, between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM ( NO SATURDAY OR SUNDAY WORK PERMITTED).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable Transportation

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

• Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles.
• Floor care experience & Floor care machine knowledge a plus
• Window cleaning experience a plus

Responsibilities can include but are not limited to:

• Bathrooms cleaned
• Floors swept and mopped throughout
• Trash collected and removed from each office and space
• Counters/desks wiped

All cleaning supplies provided onsite

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 10+ pounds regularly
• Bend, stretch, twist, reach above head, squat, walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Climb stairs
