About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Stepdown (PCU) Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients requiring close monitoring and advanced nursing interventions. In this role, you will care for patients transitioning from ICU or those with complex medical conditions who need a higher level of care than Med-Surg. You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
