Responsibilities Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand your clients Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions Manage a caseload of no more than 6-8 clients Supervise, support and nurture RBTs and BCBA fieldwork candidates to deliver the highest standards of care Review session notes and data taken by the client's team in order to monitor progress and ensure fidelity of treatment implementation Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes Empower parents and caregivers through parent training to be partners in their child’s goals and achievements Meet or exceed weekly billable treatment hour requirement of 27.5 hours Wellness and Development Supports Tenure-based paid time off program: 10 days in year 1, 15 days in year 2, 20 days in year 3 10 paid company holidays, 1 floating holiday Individualized health insurance plan provided by Propel Advancement opportunities with a strong emphasis on career growth and internal promotions $500 per year CEU budget and one paid professional development day Mentorship by clinical leadership and leading experts in the field 401K Bonus Structure Once BCBA meets billable expectations per pay period they are eligible for an additional productivity bonus and one work from home day in the next pay period Unlimited referral bonuses of $350 for RBTs and $2000 for BCBAs Qualifications Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field Valid BCBA Certification Applicable license to practice within Georgia 1+ years of experience as a BCBA Strong leadership skills Strong oral and written communication skills About Propel Autism Our mission is to transform the lives of children with Autism and their families by providing consistent, high-quality care, coordinated with other healthcare providers and backed by the latest research, data and technology.
