Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Senior Full Stack Web And Java Software EngineerA Senior Full Stack Web and Java Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that meet the needs of clients and users. They are expected to have a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development, as well as experience with Java programming language. They should be able to work independently or as part of a team to develop software solutions that meet business requirements. This is a contract to hire position based out of Pilsen, Chicago as the resource is expected to be in the office for 3 days.Required Skills:Full StackJavaReactSQL, NoSQLTDDJob Duties:Designing and developing web applications using Java programming language. Familiar with Docker and containerization. PAAS – Cloud Foundry / OpenShift. Experienced with Test Driven Development (TDD). Developing front-end website architecture using React Framework. Designing user interactions on web pages. Developing back-end website applications. Creating servers and databases for functionality Azure SQL or Cosmos DB. Ensuring responsiveness of applications. Working alongside graphic designers for web design features. Seeing through a feature from conception to finished product. Designing and developing APIsJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer, experience with javascript, React framework, SQL & NoSQL databases, TDD? Familiarity with Docker and containerization, experience with creating apis, front end and backend development? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to architect complex systems? Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
