Case Manager Location: El Cerrito, CA Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 annually We’re looking for a Case Manager who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys helping people navigate care systems effectively. In this office‑based role, you’ll carry a manageable caseload and help clients connect with the right services to support housing stability, wellness, and daily functioning. You'll play a lead role in planning, advocacy, and consistent follow‑up.
