Pay Range $60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr (range provided by Ajulia Executive Search; actual pay depends on skills and experience) Job Responsibilities Workers' compensation reporting File management and background verifications Design and manage local policies in line with national legislation Post and monitor open positions on recruiting websites Administer onboarding and orientation for new employees Develop and maintain talent management processes Stay updated on federal and state employment laws Respond to HR-related inquiries Conduct benefit review meetings Manage applications, responses, and pre-screening processes Conduct reference checks and prepare hiring paperwork Order drug tests and complete I-9 verifications Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management Knowledge of employment and wage laws Experience with payroll processing Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and terminations Understanding of labor laws Strong HR practices, policies, and procedures knowledge Understanding of organizational development, compensation, staffing, training, performance management, and employee & labor relations Knowledge of medical and vision insurance, and paid time off Contact: Jasleen Kaur Ajulia Executive Search specializes in Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical roles.
