About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Design to spearhead and enhance the creative function across its various brands and platforms. This senior leadership role demands a candidate with a robust background in brand, graphic, and digital design, particularly within the iGaming, betting, gaming, or entertainment sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the overall creative vision and brand identity, overseeing all creative output across diverse channels, and driving creative innovation in promotions, gamification, and retention initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure the delivery of engaging player experiences, and the use of performance and player behavior data to optimize creative and conversion journeys is a key aspect of the role. Applicants for the Head of Design position at the company must have a proven track record in a senior creative role within the iGaming or betting industry, with a strong portfolio that showcases brand design, digital campaigns, and performance-focused creative. A deep understanding of player psychology, acquisition and retention creative, loyalty systems, and gamification is required. Experience in managing creative and design teams in fast-paced environments is a must, and familiarity with crypto/Web3 ecosystems is a plus. The role also demands strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as the Head of Design will be expected to mentor their team and benchmark against leading brands to continuously elevate creative standards.
