WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a highly motivated lash extension stylists to join our Yale Marketplace salon. Your focus will be on providing excellent lash and brow and creating a 5-star customer experience that will keep our guests coming back!RESPONSIBILITIES
Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products Understand and promote products and memberships Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs Maintain clean and sterile work environmentREQUIRED SKILLS
Active Texas Cosmetology or Esthetics license 6 months to 1 year experience lashing Reliable transportation Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered Strong verbal communication and listening skills Must be available to work at least one weekend dayOUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
