Visit our website at About the Role: The Clinic Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of a healthcare clinic, directly impacting patient care quality and staff performance. This position requires overseeing daily administrative and clinical functions, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. The Clinic Manager acts as a liaison between medical staff, patients, and external partners to foster a collaborative and patient-centered environment. They are responsible for implementing policies and procedures that enhance operational workflows and improve patient satisfaction. Ultimately, the Clinic Manager ensures that the clinic meets its strategic goals while maintaining a safe, welcoming, and compliant healthcare setting. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare management or clinic administration. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and medical billing processes. Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare IT solutions. Certification in healthcare management such as Certified Medical Manager (CMM) or Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). Experience in quality improvement methodologies and patient safety initiatives. Familiarity with insurance contracting and reimbursement processes. Lead quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs to enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
