In this full-time contract position, you'll work with children in kindergarten through 5th grade, helping them find their voice and developing essential communication skills that encourage lifelong learning. This opportunity begins on August 7, 2026, and extends through May 28, 2027, offering consistent hours—37.5 each week—throughout the academic year.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license (Ohio) or eligibility to obtain
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations within school settings
• Effective communication and collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
• Dedication to supporting students with diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders among K-5th grade students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and compliance with district and state requirements
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support the academic and social development of each student
• Offer consultative services and resources to teachers and caregivers
• Participate in professional development and school meetings as needed
