Position Summary The Manager of Outpatient Infusion is responsible for the clinical, operational, and administrative leadership of the outpatient infusion department. This position oversees staff performance, recruitment, orientation, competency assessment, professional development, quality improvement initiatives, patient safety, regulatory compliance, fiscal stewardship, and daily department operations. Working collaboratively with physicians, pharmacy, Infection Prevention, and organizational leadership, the Manager ensures efficient workflows, exceptional clinical outcomes, and an outstanding experience for patients and caregivers.
