Catapult Health seeks a Nurse Practitioner with multi-state licensing to conduct remote preventive assessments via telehealth while coordinating from our Dallas, TX office. You will review diabetes, heart attack, and stroke risk, screen for depression, and craft individualized action plans. Strong NP certification (FNP/AGNP/ANP) and 3+ state licenses are required, with 80+ hours/month availability. Experience in primary care or internal medicine, Spanish language skills a plus, and proficiency #J-18808-Ljbffr Catapult Health
