About the Role

The Company is seeking a SVP & Head of Engineering to lead and support the technical and people management aspects of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving projects from conception to implementation, defining the technical vision and roadmap for the company's platform, and providing strong technical leadership to cross-functional teams. This is a key role in a product-led growth company, and the Head of Engineering will work closely with product and partner teams to ensure that integration requirements are translated into well-defined and attainable software solutions. Applicants for the Head of Engineering position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of software engineering experience, with a focus on building large-scale web applications, and 5-7 years of direct people management and engineering leadership experience. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, a passion for learning and working with new technologies, and a proven track record in product development and project management, particularly within an agile/scrum environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical skills are essential, as is the ability to operate and maintain high-performing developer-facing products. Experience with data privacy regulations, incident response, and proficiency in AWS infrastructure and various scripting languages are also necessary for this role.
