Child and Adolescent Outpatient Psychiatrist - Flexible Schedule, No Night Call - Madison, WI SSM Health is seeking a Child & Adolescent Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our highly collaborative and well-established Behavioral Health team in Madison, Wisconsin. Behavioral Health Department 12 Psychiatrists (10 adult/child psychiatrists and 6 APNPs) 35+ Psychotherapists (Master's Therapists and Psychologists) A supportive, multidisciplinary environment designed for excellent patient care Position Highlights 4–5 day flexible workweek (full-time) 32 patient contact hours (full-time) Flexible FTE: 80–100% No nightly call; Telepsych covers 5 p.m.–8 a.m. Hybrid model with in-person and virtual options Night call rotation every 16–18 days (primarily weeknights) Rotational weekend inpatient rounding with additional stipend Outreach opportunities available Generous sign-on bonus Medication management-focused outpatient practice Dedicated Child & Adolescent patient population Requirements M.D. or D.O.
