Founding Marketing (GTM) Engineer

nRouter is a private, early-stage company building an enterprise LLM gateway that gives every developer unified access, intelligent cost and latency routing, zero double-billing failovers, and in-path guardrails across a live multi-provider catalog behind one API key. As our Founding Marketing (GTM) Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of engineering craft and go-to-market execution. You will build technical marketing systems, developer acquisition funnels, benchmarks, interactive demos, and automated content pipelines that turn engineering leaders into passionate adopters. Compensation structure: 0.25% to 5.0% founding equity paired with a confidential base salary unlocked upon achieving key revenue and customer targets. After one year of continuous service you are recognized with co-founder standing, and your founding equity vests across a multi-year founding schedule. Responsibilities Build and maintain high-converting developer acquisition funnels, interactive playground showcases, and live benchmark pages Instrument end-to-end attribution, analytics, and conversion tracking across self-serve developer and enterprise pipelines Partner directly with core engineering to translate architectural releases into compelling technical launches, demos, and docs Automate content distribution, SEO/GEO indexing, and social engineering experiments targeting technical buyers and CTOs Drive qualified pipeline and self-serve adoption to hit milestone targets that unlock scaling revenue Requirements Full-stack engineering background with hands-on fluency in TypeScript, React/Next.js, and modern web tooling Demonstrated track record of technical marketing, developer relations, or growth engineering for developer tools or cloud infra Deep analytical rigor: comfortable with SQL, funnel analytics, attribution pipelines, and conversion rate optimization Exceptional written technical communication with the ability to build credibility with senior architects and engineering leads Self-driven founder mindset comfortable operating with high autonomy and ambitious milestone-based targets Nice to have Prior experience scaling developer adoption at an API gateway, cloud platform, or open-source infrastructure company Familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks, prompt caching, tokenomics, or provider latency characteristics Active presence in AI/ML communities, technical blogging, or open-source repositories #J-18808-Ljbffr nRouter
