We are seeking a motivated and relationship driven Hotel Sales Manager to grow revenue through corporate, group, and local market segments. The role is ideal for someone who thrives on building partnerships, understands hotel operations, and can balance strategic selling with hands-on execution.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving room night production, managing accounts, and representing the hotel in the local market while working closely with operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

*Proactively solicit and manage corporate, group, and local accounts.

*Generate new business through outbound sales calls, site visits, networking, and community involvement.

*Maintain and grow existing client relationships to maximize repeat agreements.

*Prepare and negotiate contracts, RFP responses, and rate agreements.

*Collaborate with operations to ensure group and corporate commitments and executed smoothly.

*Track sales activity, forecasts, and production using hotel sales systems.

*Hotel sales, hospitality sales, or related experience a plus.

*Strong understanding of hotel operations and revenue strategies.

*Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

*Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.

*Comfortable with outbound sales and goal driven performance.

*Experience with hotel PMS and sales systems a plus.
