What You'll Do:

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and transfers)
• Prepare meals and support with feeding as needed
• Provide companionship and accompany clients to appointments or errands
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, cleaning, linens)
• Support with incontinence care in a respectful and dignified manner
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises
• Follow special dietary needs
• Deliver compassionate dementia care
• Be available for overnight shifts

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
• Smartphone for communication and scheduling
• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred
