Security and Emergency Services Manager

Education assistance, certification reimbursement and access to over 6,000 courses through our online learning library, designed to enhance your current skills and build new ones How you will make an impact Assume overall responsibility for the safety, security, and well-being of the community Conduct safety inspections, testing, and audits in support of Life Safety and OSHA compliance Identify safety/security risks and responds accordingly Conduct investigations, documents and preserves evidence as required Operate company vehicles safely and in accordance with established policies and applicable laws Responds to incidents and emergencies of significance and serves as the incident commander until relieved by a higher authority Serve as the liaison officer to external first responders What you will need Must be at least 21 years old Minimum of 3 years of experience in public safety leadership (Fire/EMS/Law Enforcement), Emergency Management, or comparable leadership experience Current and valid driver’s license Minimum of 1 year experience working in an Emergency Responder role Emergency Medical Responder Certification (within 6 months of hire) Professional Security Certification such as CPP, PSP, or CHPA (preferred) Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification OSHA 10-Hour certification within 6 months of hire Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $80,000.00 per year Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
