This is a salaried position, non-productivity based pay model, eligible for annual increases and market rate adjustments. Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by factors including experience, qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement. Qualifications Required Qualifications Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology from an APA or APPIC accredited program. Current Illinois Psychologist license (or eligibility for licensure within a defined timeframe). Experience providing psychological assessment and therapy in a clinical or healthcare setting. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. Commitment to patient-centered, mission-driven care aligned with OSF values. Preferred Qualifications Experience in integrated primary care, hospital-based psychology, or specialty behavioral health. Familiarity with EPIC and interdisciplinary care models. Training in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or trauma-focused therapies.
