We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead commercial growth across North America for a specialty food ingredients business.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will:

Lead and develop a team of Senior Commercial Managers

Drive sales growth across the food ingredients sector

Manage and grow strategic customer relationships

Personally develop new business and manage key accounts

Take full responsibility for the regional P&L, revenue and margin performance

Set commercial strategy, budgets, forecasts and KPIs

We are looking for someone with:

Proven sales experience within the food ingredients industry

Strong experience managing and developing commercial teams

A track record of selling specialty ingredients or ingredient solutions

Experience with P&L responsibility, budgeting and forecasting
