Desktop Support Technician

What You’ll Do Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues Build and deploy standardized desktop images and applications Support Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive) and user lifecycle activities Set up and maintain workstations, upgrades, and peripherals Help ensure systems remain secure, compliant, and up to date Create clear documentation and user-friendly guides What You Bring 4–8 years of desktop/IT support experience in a corporate environment Strong expertise in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and workstation hardware Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills across hardware, software, and networking Experience with imaging, endpoint management, and deployment tools Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft MD-102) are a plus Education Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) Why Join Elma?
