Job Summary Parsons is looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee overall project delivery, procurement, and field management of an OCONUS large-scale project with complex logistical challenges on the Marshall Islands. This position requires relocation to Kwajalein Atoll. Responsibilities Executing the delivery of complex construction on the Marshall Islands Working with architects and engineers to complete project design Assembling and managing the development of a strong project team Managing project meetings and client/trade partner relationships Tracking performance to meet and exceed schedule and financial goals Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field 10+ years of experience with vertical construction Extensive knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices Demonstrated managerial capability with strong written and oral communication skills Minimum Clearance Required to Start: None Salary Range: $117,000.00 - $210,600.00 Parsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr Parsons
