We are a highly regarded Florida business law firm looking for a Senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our firm as a Service Partner.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced attorney who wants to focus on sophisticated legal work rather than business development. You'll step into an active practice with an established client base, handling complex commercial real estate transactions and serving as a trusted advisor to developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and commercial property owners.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development, and joint ventures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, development agreements, and related transactional documents.
• Manage due diligence, title and survey review, and transaction closings.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients while mentoring junior attorneys and supporting the firm's growing practice.

Qualifications:

• Significant experience handling complex commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong background in acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, finance, and development.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills.
• Portable book of business not required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in CRE
