What Drives Success Lennox Commercial is seeking a 12-month IT Co-Op to support hands-on .NET application development and data analytics at our Stuttgart manufacturing facility. This role is designed for a student seeking real-world experience building production applications, working with operational manufacturing data, and collaborating directly with IT, engineering, and operations teams.Co-ops at Lennox are structured, development-focused roles designed to provide meaningful hands-on experience in a real manufacturing and business environment. This position offers exposure to cross-functional teams and the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real-world challenges.Successful co-ops may be considered for future full-time opportunities upon graduation. Relocation or travel may be required depending on project needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance applications using .NET and C#Design, query, and maintain databases using Microsoft SQL ServerWork with analytics and reporting tools to analyze manufacturing and operational dataSupport data integration between business systems and manufacturing systemsTroubleshoot, improve, and document existing applications and data workflowsCollaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams on active projectsParticipate in development and improvement of tools that support plant operations and decision-makingWhat You’ll GainMeaningful Projects: Work on real systems that directly impact manufacturing operations and business outcomesIndustry Exposure: Gain hands-on experience in IT, manufacturing systems, and operational analytics within the HVAC industryLearning & Development: Access to training, mentoring, and resources to build technical and professional skillsInternship Community: Engage with other interns and co-ops through networking, events, and team activitiesCareer Growth: Exposure to business and technical leaders with potential pathways into full-time roles What We Are Looking For WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications: Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related fieldAbility to work onsite for 12 monthsAbility to work in a manufacturing environmentStrong written and verbal communicationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications: Exposure to or coursework in .NET, C#, or SQL ServerExperience with Visual StudioExposure to analytics, dashboards, or reporting toolsInterest in manufacturing or operational data systems What We Offer Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $20-$25. This rate is based on the intern's current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school.
