Responsibilities
- Volle Verantwortung: Du steuerst eigene Kampagnen mit Tagesbudgets im fünfstelligen Bereich - eigenständig und performanceorientiert.
- Performance-Driven Marketing: Planung, Skalierung und A/B-Testing mit klarem Fokus auf Umsatz, ROI und Wachstum.
- Creative Strategy: Entwicklung von Headlines und Creatives, die Klicks und Conversions liefern.
- Daten & Analyse: Tägliche Auswertung relevanter KPIs, um kreative Entscheidungen mit klaren Zahlen zu untermauern.
- Testing & Optimization: Du testest permanent neue Funnels, Ad-Konzepte und Creatives, um den nächsten Performance-Breakthrough zu finden.
Qualifications
- Native Advertising-Profi: Erfahren mit vier- bis fünfstelligen Tagesbudgets und erfolgreicher Skalierung.
- Performance-Mindset: Du liebst es, Ergebnisse zu sehen, Daten zu interpretieren und Strategien zu verbessern.
- Kreatives Denken: Du hast ein Gespür für Trends, Storytelling und psychologische Trigger und entwickelst Ads, die performen.
- Analytische Stärke: Zahlen und KPIs sind für dich kein Chaos, sondern dein Werkzeug zur Optimierung.
- Ownership & Drive: Du übernimmst Verantwortung, handelst proaktiv und willst Ergebnisse sehen.
