In this role you will lead global cash management and core corporate finance activities, including liquidity, funding, capital structure, and external stakeholder engagement (banks and rating agencies). This role partners across Finance, Tax, Legal, and business teams to ensure efficient capital deployment, strong financial discipline, and scalable treasury operations. The position also drives improvements in forecasting, reporting, and automation, including the use of data and AI tools. This role reports to the Treasurer and supports management of the company’s capital structure across both investment-grade and high-yield frameworks.What a typical day looks like:Lead global cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity planningOptimize global cash structure, including pooling, intercompany funding, and repatriationOversee internal funding strategies, including intercompany loans and documentationImprove cash visibility, forecasting accuracy, and working capital efficiencySupport execution of funding strategy, including debt issuance and credit facilitiesDevelop financial models for capital allocation decisions (buybacks, debt, M&A; funding)Monitor market conditions and peer benchmarks to inform capital structure decisionsSupport interest expense forecasting and liquidity scenario analysisLead engagement with credit rating agencies and support development of credit narrativeSupport positioning and management of the company’s credit profile across investment-grade and high-yield considerationsMaintain and strengthen relationships with global banking partnersOversee global banking structure, including accounts, platforms, and rationalizationSupport negotiation of banking services and agreementsSupport treasury execution of M&A; transactions, including diligence, funding, and closingLead global cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity planningSupport business expansion and new operating models from a treasury perspectiveDevelop and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal controlsEnsure compliance with SOX requirements and debt covenantsOversee treasury reporting, including liquidity, leverage, and key metricsSupport internal and external audit requirementsDrive treasury system enhancements and automation initiativesSupport or lead TMS implementations and integrationsLeverage data and AI tools to improve forecasting, anomaly detection, and reportingPartner with IT and external vendors on system and process improvementsPartner cross-functionally with Accounting, Tax, FP&A;, Legal, and operationsLead and develop team members and drive accountabilityOperate effectively in both strategic and hands-on environmentsWhat we are looking to add to our team: A hands-on leader who can manage liquidity and funding while supporting strategic initiatives.
