Onsite IT Field Support Technician - Nationwide Travel

Akumin is seeking a Field Support Technician for full-time, onsite work at our Plantation Headquarters. You will provide hands-on IT support for local staff and oversee a centralized help desk with remote escalation for clinics nationwide. The role covers hardware, software, network issues, Active Directory, Okta MFA, and Microsoft 365; you will also assist with system onboarding, asset tracking, and coordinating with service desk and engineers.
