A well-established, community-based hospital in Mid-Michigan is seeking a Medical Technologist to join its laboratory team. Located in the greater Lansing area, this facility serves a close-knit population while offering the resources and technology of a modern acute care hospital. The Medical Technologist performs a wide range of moderate to high complexity testing in areas including:

• Chemistry
• Hematology
• Coagulation
• Serology
• Immunohematology
• Microbiology
• Microscopic analysis

Responsibilities include specimen processing, analysis, quality control, instrument maintenance, and accurate result reporting. The ideal candidate understands the direct impact laboratory results have on patient care and is committed to accuracy and efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related scientific field
• ASCP or equivalent certification (or eligible) preferred
• Ability to perform high-complexity testing under CLIA guidelines
