Promotions Production Associate 

Full Time, 7am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday

Pay Range: $18 - $20

Join DiVal Safety Equipment at our Buffalo headquarters and become part of a growing Promotions team. In this hands-on position, you will help customize apparel and promotional products using embroidery, screen-printing, heat-press, and pad-printing equipment. Production experience is helpful but not required. We will train a dependable, detail-oriented person who is ready to learn.

What You’ll Do –

• Operate embroidery, screen-printing, heat-press, and pad-printing equipment
• Prepare screens and plates for production
• Inspect completed products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Count, fold, package, and prepare orders for delivery
• Complete work efficiently to meet customer deadlines
• Organize logos, files, screens, plates, tools, and production materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow established safety procedures and immediately report concerns
• Communicate with team members and contribute to a positive, productive workplace

Physical Requirements –

• Ability to stand for up to eight hours during a scheduled shift
• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 30 pounds
• Ability to work safely in an active production environment
• Ability to complete a physical and drug screening
