Senior Collaboration Engineer

Client Collaboration Services Technology team is currently seeking a Senior Collaboration Engineer based out of our New York office. The Collaboration Services team is driving the Modern Workplace, that is focused on improving the overall end user experience across. The collaboration technologies, specifically SharePoint, are paramount in enabling Client employees to work more efficiently and more securely.

We'll Count on You To:

• Function as the Subject Matter Expert for Client's M365 SharePoint Online and OneDrive environments
• Part of the team that is responsible for the day-to-day engineering and support of all core Microsoft 365 services: SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Azure/Entra AD
• Drive the enterprise-wide migration of disparate file share systems into SharePoint Online
• Partner with business stakeholders and technology partners to integrate M365 collaboration platforms (SharePoint and Teams) with business applications and processes
• Drive integration of 3rd party governance and provisioning tool (AvePoint) for SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive

What You Need to Have:

• 7-10 years of experience in Information Technology, with specific focus on SharePoint
• 5+ years of Microsoft 365 engineering and support experience
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure/Entra AD and Microsoft security
• Must be able to work as part of a team with a strong focus on end user experience

What Would Make You Stand Out:

• Experience with Microsoft Power platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and PowerBI)
• PowerShell scripting
• Experience implementing and supporting AvePoint Cloud Governance and Policies
• Prior experience working in a regulated industry
