Janitoral Worker

Flex-fund account contributions (based on selected insurance plan) $150 annual shoe stipend Free on-site parking Consistent full-time hours Available Shifts 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:45 PM 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:15 PM 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Key Responsibilities Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors throughout the property Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas Empty trash receptacles and replace liners Transport waste to designated disposal areas Clean windows, glass surfaces, and windowsills Respond promptly to spills and cleaning needs Provide courteous interactions with guests and the public Maintain organized and stocked janitorial supply areas Follow safety procedures and cleanliness standards Qualifications Previous janitorial, retail, commercial, or office cleaning experience preferred Valid driver's license required Ability to communicate effectively in English Reliable, professional, and team-oriented work ethic Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift Build a long-term career with a company that invests in its employees and takes pride in maintaining a first-class environment. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Bellevue, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $41600.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
