Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Our office is located in Eliot, Maine. Our office is open 9-5:30. We currently have 3 team members at our agency. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
