The Staff Pad is partnering with a mission-drivenpediatric surgery organization to recruit dependable Certified Nurse Anesthetists(CRNAs) to join their anesthesia team supporting surgical services at theirRaleigh, NC location.

Schedule: Full-Time | Salaried | 3, 4, or 5 ORDays/Week | No calls, weekends or holidays

What You'll Do

The CRNAs will work in a care team model under themedical direction of an on-sire Anesthesiologist

• Provide anesthesia care in an ASC setting
• Provide general anesthesia for restorative dental procedures and oral surgery
• Care for pediatric and adult special-needs patients
• Work within a care team model with on-site anesthesiologist medical direction
• Participate in approximately 9-hour scheduled OR days
• Collaborate with the anesthesia and surgical teams
• Support surgical services across 3 operating rooms
• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care throughout procedures

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited nurseanesthesia program (MSN, DNP, or DNAP)
• Current NBCRNA certification
• Active North Carolina RN and APRN/CRNA license or eligibility to obtain
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certification as applicable
• Experience providing anesthesia care, preferably in an ASC setting
• Comfortable working with pediatric and adult special-needs patients
• Ability to work within a care team model with anesthesiologist medical direction
• Clean licensure and malpractice history
