Global Tax Strategy Lead (ASC 740 & SEC Reporting) (Houston)

Halliburton Energy Services seeks a Senior Tax Manager to lead the Global Tax Provision and Compliance team in Houston. You will oversee quarterly and annual income tax provisions under ASC 740, manage FIN 48 processes, and support SEC tax reporting for a high‑growth, global operation spanning 80+ countries.

You will partner with tax, finance, accounting, internal audit, and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and timely tax forecasts.
