WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Coach high-energy 30-minute group training sessions
• Deliver real results: fat loss, strength, confidence
• Motivate, correct form, and lead with authority
• Build strong relationships with members
• Uphold the Platinum Standard every session

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

This role is for you if you are:

✔ Certified Personal Trainer (or actively testing)
✔ Confident coaching groups
✔ Punctual, professional, and coachable
✔ High energy, you command a room
✔ Passionate about results, not babysitting workouts

This is NOT for trainers who:
• Need constant hand-holding
• Are uncomfortable leading groups
• Lack urgency, energy, or accountability
