What You'll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care in the Operating Room for various surgical procedures including robotics, neuro-spine, neuro-vascular, urology, and transplant cases
• Circulate during surgeries; scrub experience a plus but not required
• Assist with case setup and instrument management to ensure patient safety and procedure efficiency
• Monitor patient condition during surgery and communicate with the surgical team
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols
• Support on-call and weekend coverage as scheduled, including holiday rotations
• Collaborate with anesthesia, support staff, and physicians to ensure optimal outcomes

What You Need
Required:

• Current RN license in good standing
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Minimum 2 years OR experience with robotic procedures (DaVinci)
• Experience with neuro-spine, neuro-vascular, transplant, and general surgeries
• Ability to pass an EKG competency exam
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred:

• Experience with transplant surgeries (liver, kidney, pancreas)
• Cardio/thoracic experience
• Prior experience with Meditech Expanse EMR and hospital instrumentation
