Job Details: Location: Golden Mesa Casino Cimmaron Ridge - Guymon, OK 73942; Position Type: Full Time; Education Level: High School / GED; Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00 hourly; Travel Percentage: Negligible; Shift: Any; Category: Food & Beverage. SHIFT MANAGER As a Shift Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional service and a positive experience for our guests and team members. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and coordinate staff activities during assigned shifts, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards and deliver outstanding guest experiences. Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving supplies, and monitoring stock levels to support operational needs. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and timely, striving to resolve issues to satisfaction. Monitor performance metrics such as sales and labor costs, implementing strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS At least 21 years of age. Must be able to obtain a Gaming license and an ABLE license. Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality, beverage, or food service. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Maintain a professional appearance at all times by adhering to the dress code standards. WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT Stand, walk, and work in a high-volume environment for extended periods. Lift and carry moderate to heavy objects up to 50 lbs. Moderate to high noise levels. Exposure to a smoky environment.
