Opportunity: CRNA Job Details: Administer anesthesia to patients of all ages across a variety of clinical settings including the operating room, obstetrics unit, and throughout the hospital Rural anesthesia practice utilizing a mixed medical model that includes both medically directed and independent practice opportunities 5 OR suites in the main operating room and 1 OR on the OB unit dedicated to C-sections Salaried 8-hour day shift plus 24-hour call coverage Call schedule: Monday through Friday and Saturday through Sunday 20-minute callback window required for emergencies; a call room is provided for those living outside the time requirement Call frequency is approximately 1:6 with flexible, self-scheduled call days Labor analgesia service supporting approximately 250 deliveries per year Surgical specialties include general, orthopedic, ENT, podiatry, gastroenterology, OB/GYN, and ophthalmology Must be knowledgeable in the principles and methods of general, regional, sedation, and local anesthetics Graduate from an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program required Must hold an active RN license in the state of Minnesota and be certified by the NBCRNA Strong verbal and written communication skills required to effectively collaborate with clinical staff and other disciplines Ability to function and maintain composure in stressful and emergent situations Compensation: Employed salary with benefits.
