We are currently looking to hire Service Technicians who will be providing exceptional service to our commercial and industrial customers in the Mid-Atlantic region (PA). We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support our Finance team across payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, learning new systems, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Assist with weekly payroll processing and PTO tracking Support certified payroll reporting (CPR) for internal teams and subcontractors Learn and manage AR billing processes in Vista and external billing platforms Review vendor statements and process cash receipts Handle internal billing from construction services Collaborate with Finance and Construction teams to ensure accurate documentation Health Dental, and Vision Insurance Employer Paid Short- and Long-Term Disability 401(k) Matching Program Referral Bonus Program Paid Time Off & Holidays **Compensation is based on experience and may be adjusted accordingly. ** Position Requirements Requirements: Certified payroll professional (CPP) OR FPC preferred Associate’s degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred Experience in payroll, accounts receivable/payable, or general accounting support Familiarity with Vista or similar ERP systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to learn quickly and work independently Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen Equal Opportunity Employer Worth & Company, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity at all levels.
