1st Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm; Compensation: $22.00/hour. Position Summary Responsible for monitoring multiple tasks and assisting in Co-pack operations with limited supervision. Ability to perform basic inventory control tasks. Job Responsibilities Supervising/leading warehouse employees. Timekeeping and temporary roster management. Inventory checks. Cleaning of the warehouse. Job Complexity Good communication and people skills with problem resolution. Management skills and ability to manage employees. Maintain a neat, orderly, and clean warehouse operation. Work Experience Requirements 2 years of warehouse experience. Co-pack, labeling, QA, and IC experience. Warehouse safety experience. Ability to lead a team of associates with minimal direction. Computer experience (must be able to use basic software). Education Requirements GED or high school diploma required. College education is a plus. Physical Requirements Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must be articulate and comfortable speaking in front of others. Regularly works in an indoor/warehouse environment and is required to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, or kneel during the work day. Frequently required to talk, hear, and communicate with customers or other employees. Must be able to work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required.
