Join our dynamic team at RD Nutrition Consultants LLC , a leading Dietitian Nutritionist Consulting firm providing expert services to healthcare facilities nationwide. We are currently looking for a passionate Registered Dietitian to be a part of our growing team.
Schedule: 40hrs per week; Monday-Friday during business hours. (25% remote)
Compensation: $40-45 per hour DOE
Contract Length: minimum 3 Months
RD Nutrition Consultants provides our consultants with competitive wages and flexible work schedules!
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans that consider participants' medical conditions, cultural preferences, and dietary needs.
- Provide education and counseling on nutrition, healthy eating habits, and managing chronic diseases through diet.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals on the interdisciplinary team to ensure participants receive coordinated care.
- Monitor participants' nutritional status and make adjustments to their plans as needed.
- Document all care provided.
- Adheres to all facility policy and procedure.
- Performs necessary organizational and administrative duties
Requirements :
- Candidates must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Experience within the elderly population.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with electronic documentation and menu systems
- Able To Keep Confidential Information Regarding Clients as needed.
- Bilingual preferred
