Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPrepare ingredients and assemble packaged food in a restaurant kitchen supporting high-volume batch production. Reporting to the Operations Manager and Food Service Supervisor, the Food Preparer will follow recipes, maintain food safety and sanitation standards, and help ensure consistent, timely, high-quality orders.ResponsibilitiesPrepare ingredients for restaurant kitchen production.Portion food accurately according to established standards.Follow recipes and maintain recipe compliance.Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.Assemble packaged food and customer orders accurately.Maintain kitchen sanitation and proper food storage procedures.Inspect food quality and monitor inventory levels.Reduce waste through effective preparation and resource use.Required QualificationsFood preparation experience and knowledge.Knife skills.Understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures.Ability to maintain portion control and follow recipes.Kitchen equipment operation skills.Strong time management and teamwork skills.Preferred Qualifications1+ years of experience in food preparation.
