Overview

Looking for a BCBA role with predictable hours, strong team support, and a sustainable caseload?

If so, join Devereux as a school-based BCBA where you’ll make a meaningful impact, without working in isolation or dealing with unpredictable hours. We're looking to add an additional BCBA to our team.

Location: Schools in Elkton and surrounding cities within Cecil County, Maryland

What You’ll Do:

• Provide behavioral support to students with autism, intellectual disabilities, and developmental disabilities
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Train and support school staff on behavior strategies
• Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support student success

Devereux’s Center for Autism Education Services provides a range of supports designed to improve socially significant outcomes in schools and communities. We are a BCBA-led, interdisciplinary team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and psychologists dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based services. Grounded in compassionate, ethical practices, our work aims to move the field of applied behavior analysis forward while representing it with integrity and care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Experience working in school-based settings preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
