Physician - Cardiology

Job Details:

• Full-time Non-Invasive Cardiology position within a hospital practice setting
• Coverage needed 1-2 weeks per month with weekend support, weekends and nights as needed
• Average daily census of 25-35 patients, serving adult patient population ages 18 and older
• Support staff includes 1 MD and 1 APP for Non-Invasive Cardiology; Interventional and EP services also available on-site
• EMR system: EPIC
• Hospital bed size: 265 beds
• Special procedures include Stress Testing, TEEs, and Cardioversions
• Skills required include reading of studies such as Echos, Holters, Stress Testing (including Nucs), EKGs, and consults
• CTA reading certification preferred
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility required
• Active PA license or IMLC Letter of Qualification required
• Active DEA required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
